Turnaround Times:

Rhinestone tumblers will typically take 2-3 weeks. Rhinestone Shirts typically take 3-5 days. During peak holidays turnaround times will take longer. Please message Crystaliz'd Designs to find out the turnaround time.

Does Crystaliz'd Designs create custom designs?

Absolutely! We love working on custom pieces! We will work with you to find the right colors, designs, and size. We want you to be happy for years to come with what we design. Keep in mind all monitors are calibrated different so colors may appear different in person.

What kind of tumblers does Crystaliz'd Designs use?

We use double-walled stainless steel tumblers that are purchased from a reputable supplier. If you have a certain brand you want please message us. All Yeti Tumblers/Stanley's are purchased on the Yetis/Stanley's site. We will send all of Yeti's packaging and serial number to you. We keep the receipt.

What is your Refund/Exchange policy?

Due to the custom nature of all rhinestone tumblers and rhinestone shirts, we do not allow refunds or returns. Sales are final and refunds/exchanges will not be provided as the items cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to read the full product listing description before you make a purchase and to ask any questions beforehand.

Mistakes only made by Crystaliz'd Designs will be excepted for an exchange. The same design, color(s), and size will be exchanged. Exchange for the same identical tumbler, design, and color rhinestones will be replaced only if the tumbler can not be repaired with the repair kit sent with your tumbler. We will NOT exchange or refund any Tumblers that you drop. 


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will not refund or exchange any item sold because "You do not like it" This is due to all rhinestone tumblers being custom-made for you.

Exchanges 
We will be more than happy to exchange for the exact item purchased if a product was incorrect due to Crystaliz'd Designs. Items must be in original condition and packaging. If not no exchange will be excepted.  

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Items must be in original condition and packaging. If not no refund will be excepted and approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom/Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible to approve information on custom orders. (Ex: Size, color, fonts, and wording) Any incorrect information given by the customer will be charged a "Fix" fee if the customer would like the item corrected. Shipping back to Crystaliz'd Designs will be the customer's responsibility. Customer is responsible for charges of return shipping to Crystaliz'd Designs and shipping back to the customer with the correction completed.

Do you accept cancellations?

No. Due to the custom nature of the tumblers, we will not accept cancellations.

Will my tumbler come with a repair kit?

Absolutely! We know there will be times that you may have an Oh No! and possibly a stone comes loose so we send a repair kit with a few extra stones and adhesive just in case. Even though we use the highest quality clues there may be a time you bump it or drop it and need a quick repair.

Can I send my own tumbler to be blinged?

We do not accept clients sending tumblers to Crystaliz'd Designs to embellish.

Do you gift wrap?

All of our tumblers come wrapped! Anyone would love to receive the package we send out!
